Tucked away at the end of a private drive on Trenain Farm, Upper Trenain Barn is a characterful barn conversion wrapped in open Cornish farmland, yet just a five-minute stroll along the footpath from the golden sands of Daymer Bay. It's a setting that offers the best of both worlds: the peace of the countryside living with one of North Cornwall's most beloved beaches almost on the doorstep.

Inside, the barn has been thoughtfully arranged for easy family living. The heart of the home is a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, where everyone can gather after a day on the beach, whether that's cooking together, settling in for a film night, or lingering over supper as the evening light falls across the fields.

Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to six guests. The main bedroom offers a super king bed (which can be set up as two singles on request), with a king room and a twin room completing the accommodation, a flexible arrangement that works beautifully for families, grandparents, or two couples travelling together. A shower room, family bathroom and separate utility room keep busy beach-holiday mornings running smoothly.

Outside

There's a garden with furniture for al fresco meals, private parking, and a dedicated EV charging point (charges apply; vehicle registration required). Well-behaved dogs are welcome outside of July and August, making Upper Trenain Barn a wonderful choice for off-season escapes with the whole family, four-legged members included.
