Introducing you to the incredible people behind the scenes here at Shore Stays – this month, we catch up with our photographer Elliott White…
“ Hi, I’m Elliott White, a commercial photographer. Collaborating with the talented interior stylist – Jessica Forbes, we transform spaces and showcase luxury holiday homes, capturing the perfect image so that Shore Stays can give their clients a feel of what it’s like to be there.
I’ve been doing Commercial Photography for 12 years now since leaving Falmouth University, and I met the Shore Stays team back in early 2022. Recently, we were in Rock together, shooting a property called Lower Cole, another stunning luxury holiday home in the process of being added to their books, with views that will blow your mind!
As a home-schooling Dad, I enjoy running outdoor activities and exploring the Cornish landscape with my family and friends. On rainy days you’ll find me in my woodworking shed working on props for my food photography shoots and if the sun comes out, I’ll skateboard or go to the bike track with my son and daughter.
As a food photographer, I get to sample a lot of great dishes that Cornwall has to offer. As you know, Cornwall is known for its food scene but one of my all-time favourites has to be Penny Come Quick in Falmouth. They serve classic pub grub with a hearty atmosphere and great beer!
My favourite place to visit in Cornwall is hands down Prussia Cove – the blue crystal clear water is so good for snorkelling. I also like the quietness of the cove away from the crowds.”
